Definition & Prioritization

(Days 31–60)

  1. Define near-term DPE + XStream roadmap using WSJF-RICE scoring.

  2. Lead first Discovery Briefs (e.g., Pipeline Reliability, Integration Health).

  3. Implement structured prioritization process & conduct IPF presentation.

  • Now–Next–Later roadmap with scored initiatives (MRR₁₂, Reach, Risk, Time Criticality).

  • 2 completed Discovery Briefs (validated via user/stakeholder interviews).

  • Presentation at Release Review.

  • Roadmap review cadence established with Head of Product.

Every roadmap item is scored and aligned to company OKRs.

Validated, documented discovery with stakeholder sign-off.

Leadership confidence in roadmap direction.

Productboard → Jira linkage verified for active work.

Execution & Measurable Impact

(Days 61–90)

  1. Ship 1 measurable platform improvement (e.g., telemetry, reliability, or schema enhancement).

  2. Establish ongoing roadmap hygiene & stakeholder transparency.

  3. Operationalize continuous discovery and 14/30/90 Outcome Reviews.

  • First Outcome Review (T+14 and T+30) completed for 1 shipped initiative.• Bi-weekly stakeholder update published (roadmap, progress, risks).

  • Productboard Portal view live for internal visibility.

  • Continuous Discovery cadence defined (weekly interviews, analytics review).

First measurable platform release delivered with baseline KPI improvement (e.g., reduced error rate or latency).

Weekly roadmap hygiene sustained.

Transparent progress reporting via Confluence and Productboard Portal.

Discovery culture and cadence embedded in DPE team.
