Route Pay

Pay Style

Determines how the driver is paid.

  • Per Route - Pay the amount from the Pay Amount field. (->heuristic calculations per stop)

  • Per Stop - Pay the amount from the Pay Amount field multiplied by the number of stops on the driver's route manifest. The number of stops includes scheduled stops as well as any distribution or reassigned scheduled stops. (-> direct value per stop value but equal for each stop)

  • Per Piece - Pay the amount from the Pay Amount field multiplied by the total number of pieces from the driver's stops in the pieces field. (-> direct value from piece per each stop, different per stop)

  • Percentage - Pay the sum of the Total Price of all the stops multiplied by the driver's route percentage, found in his/her Human Resource record.

  • Per Schedule - Pay according to a set schedule.

    • Use the Schedule button is used to set up the pay schedule.

    • Use the Per Route Reversal field to set an amount to subtract from the normal pay if the driver does not work for that route on a given day.

    Example

Use this pay style to pay the driver $60.00 every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday whether any work is done on the route or not. (-> what happens if the schedule does not overlap the posted route for execution?)

  • Booked Amount - Pay according to the Booked Percentage of each Stop on the customer record associated with the stop and the Route % on the driver's human resource record

  • Advanced Fallback - Pay according to a tiered structure when multiple stops are required at the same location. Only available for integrations. (->to clarify if price can vary per stop, if we can calculate per whole route and how to calculate per stop.)
