  • Take time to learn. Don't get sucked into the minutia of decision-making or project involvement too early - there will be plenty of time for that later. In your first 30 days, try to focus on getting comfortable and learning how things work.

  • Invest in relationships. By day 60, you'll be in execution mode. In your first two months, spend as much time as you can getting to know people and forming relationships.

  • Don't be afraid to ask. No one expects you to know how things at CXT work right away. Take advantage of that and ask for help when you need it.

Start diving into your role. Meet with your Manger and discuss your goals.
Start engaging in Chat conversations, read through for historical context
Continue with small assignments and check in with your Manager

Learn more about the Company, culture & mission on your CoAssemble Training Course.
Shadow a teammate - ask your Manager who would be the most appropriate colleague
Meet with Cross-Functional Teams, get to know who does what
Look over the Company Intranet - get a feel for who does what and each Team’s Goals
Confirm next week’s priorities and set Goals
Meet with your Buddy, your Manager & ask questions!
Start on small assignments
Continue your CoAssemble Training and ask questions to your Buddy
Attend Engagement Events and have some fun
