Design Brief - Show Settlements details in the driver app

Project Introduction

Drivers do not have access to their settlement details in the driver app. Settlements help drivers refer to associated settlements for their previously completed jobs. Many drivers require these details regularly and find it challenging to navigate to the driver portal, or may not have access to the portal at all. This initiative is to add a Settlements details view for the drivers in the app for accessing their Settlements details anytime, anywhere.

Users and Needs

Drivers who use the app for their daily last-mile delivery work require insights into the details of their pay or settlements. They need to reach out to the dispatch teams or access these details via a driver portal, which is not the most convenient option since it requires separate access, not through the app. Drivers need a work-wise as well as day-wise summary of the settlements and the breakup of components constituting that pay.
