3. What Is Available Today (Feature Overview)

5. How Customers Access Analytics in CXT (Deployment Model)
Analytics dashboards are accessed through the existing Dashboards framework in the CXT Operations application.

This ensures analytics feels like a natural extension of the existing UI.
6. Deployment & Login Flow (Minimal Explanation)
Phase 1 – Current Model

Customers who opt in are invited to create an account in Metabase.
-
The invitation is sent by CXT as part of the activation process.
-
On first access:
-
the user enters their Metabase credentials once,
-
after login, dashboards are displayed immediately.
-

Dashboards are pre-filtered to show only that customer’s data.
This redirect + external login model allows fast rollout with minimal risk.
Phase 2 – Planned Evolution

Seamless SSO login (no separate credentials).
-
Dashboards embedded directly inside CXT Operations.

Analytics will feel fully native to the platform.
